Car Standards
We have high quality cars and we maintain high standards. However, if you have any problem, please inform us and we will take care of it.
Fuel Policy
We kindly ask that you return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pick-up.
Key Loss
If the key is lost, the renter will be kindly asked to cover the replacement cost and the delivery fee for the spare key.
Legal Responsibilities
Please note that renters are responsible for any traffic violations or fines that occur during the rental period.
GPS Monitoring
Note that the vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking system for location purposes. This is used to provide you with the exact parking position.
Smoking/Vaping
Inside the car isn’t allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
